Allen Baldanza
Allen Baldanza founded Resolute Public Adjusting LLC in 2026 in order to improve the homeowner experience in dealing with insurance from start to finish. When disaster strikes, homeowners have enough to deal with, whether it be from hail, wind, or any other damages — Resolute Public Adjusting LLC was founded to give the homeowner peace of mind that their claim will get the most value possible for any covered damages.

Patrick Reuwer
Patrick Reuwer is the Chief of Field Operations at Resolute Public Adjusting, bringing a strong background in leadership, discipline, and meticulous execution to the insurance claims process. A Marine Corps veteran, Patrick transitioned into public adjusting in 2025 and quickly established himself as a dedicated advocate for policyholders. With hundreds of claims handled, Patrick has successfully overturned millions of dollars in undervalued insurance settlements, ensuring homeowners receive the full compensation they are entitled to. He specializes in thorough damage assessments, detailed documentation, and aggressive negotiation with insurance carriers on behalf of his clients. Patrick resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and children. His commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and relentless pursuit of fair outcomes continues to drive his work at Resolute Public Adjusting.
